This Sculpture was made in1996 by Taub and was completed at the Fonderia Artistica in Pietrasanta, Italy. When Mrs. Wanda Horowitz saw photographs of the finished head, she said, "It is the finest likeness of my husband that I have ever seen". Soon after, she instructed the Yale Music Library to purchase the sculpture for the Horowitz Archives.
